mahoroba works（以下「当方」）は、OB Lite（以下「本サービス」）におけるユーザーの情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 取得する情報と利用目的
1.1 GitHub認証情報
- GitHubアクセストークンはお使いの端末内にのみ保存されます。当方のサーバーは認証時（トークン交換・更新時）に中継するのみで、トークンを保存しません。
- GitHubユーザー名（ログインID）は、無料トライアルおよびProライセンスの管理のためにサーバー（Cloudflare Workers KV）に保存します。
1.2 ノートの内容
- ノート（Markdownファイル）の内容は、お使いの端末とGitHubの間で直接やり取りされ、当方のサーバーには送信・保存されません。
1.3 購入情報
- Pro購入時、決済は Stripe, Inc. が処理します。当方はカード番号を取得しません。
- ライセンス記録として、GitHubユーザー名・決済セッションID・購入時のメールアドレス・購入日時をサーバーに保存します。
1.4 端末内に保存する情報（Cookie類似技術）
- 下書き・設定（言語・テーマ等）・表示用キャッシュを、ブラウザの保存領域（localStorage・IndexedDB・Cache Storage）に保存します。これらは端末内にのみ存在し、当方のサーバーには送信されません。ブラウザまたはPWAのデータ削除により、いつでも消去できます。
2. 取得しない情報
- 本サービスは、アクセス解析ツール・広告・トラッキングCookieを使用していません。
3. 第三者サービス
本サービスは以下の第三者サービスを利用します。各サービスにおける情報の取り扱いは、各社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
- GitHub（認証・ノートデータの保存先）
- Stripe（決済処理）
- Cloudflare（ホスティング・ライセンス情報の保存）
- Google Fonts（フォント配信）
4. 第三者提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。
5. データの保持期間
ライセンス記録およびトライアル記録は、本サービスの提供に必要な期間保持します。削除をご希望の場合は、第6条に従いご連絡ください。
6. 開示・訂正・削除の請求
ご自身の情報の開示・訂正・削除をご希望の場合は、下記お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。合理的な期間内に対応します。なお、ライセンス記録を削除した場合、Pro機能はご利用いただけなくなります。
7. 改定
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本サービス上でお知らせします。

mahoroba works ("we") handles user information in OB Lite ("the Service") as follows.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 GitHub credentials
- Your GitHub access token is stored only on your device. Our server relays it during authentication (token exchange/refresh) and does not store it.
- Your GitHub username is stored on our server (Cloudflare Workers KV) to manage the free trial and Pro license.
1.2 Your notes
- Note contents (Markdown files) are exchanged directly between your device and GitHub, and are never sent to or stored on our server.
1.3 Purchase information
- Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never receive your card number.
- As a license record, we store your GitHub username, checkout session ID, purchase email address, and purchase date.
1.4 Data stored on your device (cookie-like technologies)
- Drafts, settings (language, theme, etc.), and display caches are stored in your browser's storage (localStorage, IndexedDB, Cache Storage). This data exists only on your device and is never sent to our server. You can erase it at any time by clearing your browser or PWA data.
2. What We Do Not Collect
- The Service uses no analytics, no ads, and no tracking cookies.
3. Third-Party Services
- GitHub (authentication, note storage)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Cloudflare (hosting, license storage)
- Google Fonts (font delivery)
4. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law.
5. Data Retention
License and trial records are retained for as long as necessary to provide the Service. To request deletion, contact us as described in Section 6.
6. Access, Correction, and Deletion
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, contact us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable period. Note that deleting your license record will disable Pro features.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced within the Service.
